Recently Disney announced that Magic Band upgrades would be available for pre-arrival order for Walt Disney World Resort guests and renewing Disney World Passholders.
The upgrades for Magic Bands have now gone live, and you can head to the My Disney Experience website to upgrade your selection from the complimentary solid color band, to the new designed bands. These designed bands can be purchased at the parks for $25, but if you order them before arrival you'll get them for $10. So it's a pretty good savings if you had your heart set on something more than a solid color MagicBand.
You have several options available for purchase. The categories that Disney has the bands in are:
- Mickey Mouse and Friends
- Disney Princesses
- Frozen
- Disney Villains
- Marvel
- Star Wars
- Pixar
- Walt Disney Pictures
- Disney Parks
