It's officially time to say goodbye to the first and only Star Wars hotel, Disney World's Galactic Starcruiser. After a short but memorable run, this unique experience will be closing its doors for good. Guests who were able to stay at the resort got an immersive destination filled with thrills, surprises, and exclusive adventures that could only happen in a galaxy far, far away.
Disney's website has the following statement:
Sadly, this immersive experience never really found it's audience. And unfortunately that means the last voyage for the Galactic Starcruiser will take place September 28-30, 2023.
If you are considering booking this experience before it closes for good, know that reservations are being paused until May 26, 2023. Once reservations reopen discounts will not be offered (there have been a few discounts announced recently).
