The Candlelight Processional at International Festival of the Holidays in Epcot

Every holiday season Epcot holds the International Festival of the Holidays. Typically the festival starts right after Thanksgiving and ends right before the new year.

Candlelight Processional

While you'll find a ton of amazing holiday treats, entertainment, shows and more, the most popular part of this event is the Candlelight Processional.

What is the Candlelight Processional

This amazing show consists of a choir and a 50-piece orchestra. One of the most amazing parts of the show is knowing that the choir is made up of Disney World Cast Members.

Each performance has a celebrity narrator who reads the story of Christmas, which is a recounting of the biblical tale of a savior born in Bethlehem. Woven in to the story are amazing Christmas songs sung by the choir and accompanied by the 50-piece orchestra.

Does Candlelight Processional Cost Extra

The Candlelight Processional is a free show that is included in the price of admission to Epcot.

That being said, this show is incredibly popular. And some narrators draw a larger crowd than others. If you are planning to attend you will want to plan ahead, and might mean booking a dining package that includes guaranteed seating.

Where is the Candlelight Processional Held

This is an incredibly popular show held at the American Gardens Theater in the American section of the World Showcase.

Because of it's popularity you will definitely want to plan ahead if you would like to attend. Lines start outside of the American Gardens Theater hours ahead of time. Even if you are in line you are not guaranteed a seat.
