September at Disney World

If you can manage a trip to Disney World in September, it is a fantastic time to visit the parks. Crowds will be lighter, and weather will not be quite as intense as it is in the summer.

Weather

The weather in September is hot during the day, but it will cool off and be pleasant and warm in the evening. You'll want to be prepared with cool and breathable clothes and plenty of sunscreen. 

You can expect rain during the days in September. Don't let this scare you! The rain is often a welcome way to cool off. Be sure to pack a poncho so you don't pay Disney prices.

Crowd Levels

Crowds in September start out moderate, but they decrease as most kids are going back to school.
