Don't be scared away by the idea of summer crowds in August. While there are definitely crowds during the month of August, the park wont be as busy as it is in July.
If you plan your days, you can manage August crowds without any issue whatsoever.
The weather in August is hot during the day. You'll want to be prepared with cool and breathable clothes and plenty of sunscreen. Evenings are pleasant and nice.
You can expect rain during the days in August. Don't let this scare you! The rain is often a welcome way to cool off. Be sure to pack aponchoso you don't pay Disney prices.
Crowds in August can be very busy, especially early in the month when kids are still on summer break. As kids start to go back to school you will see the crowds start to lighten up a little bit.
