Same trip, same model, ten runs. The only difference was a block of current facts pasted in first.
Five nights in March 2027. Two adults, a 9 year old and a 4 year old, staying at Art of Animation, four day tickets, no park hopper. Probably a lot like your trip.
I asked ChatGPT for a day by day plan 5 times cold, then 5 more times with a block of current Disney facts pasted in first. Ten runs, because I tried this twice before and got different answers each time. One run of anything proves nothing.
I counted every time a plan named a Disney World system or attraction that does not exist any more. Not opinions, not judgment calls. Things that are gone.

Every single cold run had at least one. Not one of the five was clean, and the worst had five. That block of text is free and it is on the prompts page. It takes about four seconds to paste. Here's what it caught.
Genie+ was retired in July 2024. It came up in three of the five cold runs, sometimes hedged as "Genie+ / Lightning Lane or its 2027 successor", which sounds cautious and is just wrong. Several runs also used "Individual Lightning Lane". That is Single Pass now.
Why it matters: you go looking for a product that isn't there, and you have no idea what you are actually supposed to buy or when.
Three of the five cold runs put TriceraTop Spin or The Boneyard into the Animal Kingdom day. DinoLand U.S.A. closed in February 2026. Both of those are gone.
Why it matters: this is the one that ruins an actual day. You've promised a 4 year old a dinosaur playground and you're standing in front of a construction wall.
All five cold plans knew the rule. Every one of them said dining opens 60 days out. Not a single one worked out which morning that actually is for this trip, and one told me to "verify restaurant reservation windows" instead.
Why it matters: your booking date is the single most useful number in Disney planning, and all five left it as homework.
No Genie+ in any of the five. No DinoLand. They named Luminous as EPCOT's nighttime show, said Early Entry is 30 minutes, and on airport transfers said Magical Express is discontinued and named Mears Connect and the Sunshine Flyer instead of leaving you a blank.
Then three of them did the thing you actually want. They worked out the dates: dining opens 12 January 2027, Lightning Lane booking opens 6 March 2027. They went and did the arithmetic instead of telling you to. Zero of the cold runs did that.
One flag came up in the five, and it turned out to be a false alarm. The plan mentioned Star Wars Launch Bay, but only to say "your list says it returns in late summer 2026, so by March 2027 it should be open, but verify". That is the correct answer, quoting the block back at me. My automated check counts the name, so I read every flag by hand.
Two things, and they are worth knowing before you assume this fixes everything.
The plans got longer, from about 1,371 words to 1,758. And they handed back MORE for you to go and check yourself, an average of 16 items cold against 27 with the facts block.
So giving it better facts made it more accurate and more thorough. It did not make it any more willing to commit. It still hands you a list of homework at the end, and quite a lot of that list is genuinely your job.
Yes, for the shape of your trip. It is genuinely good at the boring structural work: which park on which day, where your break goes, what order to do a park in. That's real time saved, and it would take you an hour to do by hand.
It is not good at anything that changed recently, anything that needs live availability, or anything about YOUR family that you didn't tell it. It doesn't know your park hours, because they aren't published yet. It can't see that the restaurant it just recommended has been booked solid for six weeks.
Use it to draft. Then have a person check it.

All ten plans were scored against the same list I use to keep this site current, which tracks 18 things that changed at Disney World and when. The counts above come from that check, then read by hand. The check is deliberately set to over-flag rather than under-flag, because a missed error is worse than one I have to read past.
Worth saying out loud: one run wrote "Muppets 3D" rather than MuppetVision, so the pattern nearly missed it. These plans need a human read either way.
