Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is one of the most popular events that happens at Disney World. From characters and rides to shows and parades, there is so much to see and do at this party.

I attended the parties on November 10, 2022 and November 11, 2022. I arrived at the party at 4pm ready to have some fun, and documented my time with photos as I went(my camera was aCanon EOS 6D Mark II Digital SLR and the lens was a Canon EF 24-70mm f/2.8L II USM Standard Zoom Lens). Holiday Decor Around the Park

Most of the holiday decor can be seen starting November 1 through mid January without having a party ticket!

Characters at the Party

Character meets at the party are wildly popular! Some of the most popular characters include Jack Skellington (dressed as Sandy Claus) and Sally, Moana, and Princesses with their Princes.

Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime Parade

This parade runs twice during the party. The first showing is always way more crowded, so plan ahead if you want to catch this incredible parade.

The photos here were taken in two locations. The first location (where you can see the castle in the background) is about mid-way down Main Street USA. We sat on the curb about 45 minutes before the second parade started (although we could have grabbed a spot 20-30 minutes ahead of time without issue).

The second location (with the Christmas tree in the background) is at the very front of the park in front of the Town Square Theater.

Photopass Opportunities at the Party

There are dozens of Photopass photographers all around the park during the Christmas party. If you are interested in getting some fun photos you can purchase Memory Maker or ask a Cast Member to take a photo using your phone.
