Think of me as your Disney obsessed friend who won’t stop talking about rope drop... except this time, you’re stuck with me in person. I’m Julie, host of Double Your WDW: The Disney World Planning Podcast.
I spend way too much time analyzing Lightning Lane strategies, debating the best Mickey snack, and convincing my family that yes, we really do need to rope drop again.
If you’ve listened to the podcast, you already know I’m a Disney nerd, a little sarcastic, and extremely prone to sweating through my outfit by noon. This VIP tour isn’t just about skipping the lines, it’s about laughing, snacking, and experiencing the parks together.
So if you’ve ever thought, “Wow, Julie seems fun to hang out with for a day” here’s your chance to prove yourself right. (Or horribly wrong. No refunds on my personality.)
How many spots are available?
The tour can accommodate up to 10 people total. I’ll be taking one of those spots, which means there are 9 listener spots available.
Can I bring a guest or child with me?
For this first tour, we’re keeping it adults only. If there is enough interest I'd love to do more tours and even have a child friendly option! Each spot is for one person only, so please fill out a separate form if your spouse or best Disney buddy wants to join too.
When will the tour take place?
I’m planning for early 2026. Disney allows us to officially book VIP tours 60 days out, so we’ll nail down the exact date once we see everyone’s availability and Disney confirms.
How much will it cost?
VIP tours range between $450–$900 per hour, with a 7-hour minimum. The total will be split evenly among the 10 of us. Expect somewhere in the ballpark of $400–$700 per person, depending on the final rate and tour length.
What’s included in the cost?
The cost covers our private VIP guide for the day. It does not include your park tickets, food, or hotel. But if you need help with accommodations, my travel agent partner can hook you up (including discounts when available).
What about cancellation?
Here’s how I plan to handle it:
To hold your spot, a non-refundable deposit will be required once we’re closer to booking.
If you cancel after paying, I’ll offer your spot to the waitlist. If someone from the waitlist takes it, you’ll get your deposit back (minus any processing fees). If not, the deposit is forfeited.
The remaining balance will be due about 60 days before the tour.
What if more than 9 people are interested?
Amazing! If that happens, I’ll create a waitlist. If someone drops out, I’ll contact the next person on the list. If there’s enough demand, I might even plan a second VIP tour in the future.
What will we actually do on the tour?
That’s the fun part! We’ll decide together! Before the tour, we’ll have a couple of Zoom planning calls where we get to know each other and make a list of “must-do” rides, snacks, and experiences. The VIP guide will help us maximize the day, but we’ll set the vibe as a group.
Will Julie really be there?
